I filed 6 patent applications for features of a medical  device for a startup .  The client showed its design at a  trade show, prior to selling any product.  A European company  obtained a license for the patent applications and the design for $30 million plus 8% royalty.

I filed a series of patent applications for surgical lasers.  Based on the strength of the intellectual property portfolio, the client became the leading manufacturer of a specific subset of surgical lasers and retained that position for many years.

I filed a single patent application for a mining company.  The mining company used the product in its own mine and licensed to one manufacturer.  The mining company collected more than $10 million in passive licensing revenue and the patent survived 3 reexaminations.

I filed a patent application for a telecommunications device.   The legal fee was $3,500. The client showed the patent application to venture capital firms and obtained a $74 million funding for their startup, and half of the valuation was placed on the patent application.

I filed 4 patent applications for a a material usable in construction of footwear.  The client licensed the patent applications to a large shoe manufacturer for a flat fee of $5 million.

I filed 6 related patent applications  which eventually covered more than $2 billion in retail product sales on which the client collected royalties.

I filed a series of patent applications for an LED product used in patient treatment.  The client licensed the patent applications to nearly every participant in the industry, bringing in more than $40 million in passive licensing revenue, in addition to going from startup to leading manufacturer itself.

I filed a patent application for a bicycle frame.  The client licensed the patent application for a flat fee royalty of $4 million.
